Meet Our Team

At the Community Plaza CIC, we pride ourselves on being a community-led organization. Our management committee and delivery team consist of highly qualified professionals who live and work in the local area. Many of our team members have personal experience with the issues facing our community, which allows us to design and deliver services that are deeply relevant and effective.

We believe that the involvement of local people in both leadership and service delivery creates an environment of trust, understanding, and mutual support, ensuring that our programs meet the real needs of the community.
